A La Carte Consultants is led by Mr Rod Bowker whose reputation as an international chef is second to none.

Having fulfilled with great success, challenging senior roles in hotel kitchen management he developed a successful food and beverage management role but still maintained a hands on approach, something that even today he adopts with company clients.
