Rod Bowker is a highly capable experienced Consultant Chef and Food
and Beverage executive, with an excellent knowledge of the hotel
and catering profession.
Served
his apprenticeship in four and five star hotel kitchens before moving
through all the kitchen partie system ranks to the position of Head
Chef and eventually, Divisional Executive Chef.
Taking
his career further Rod entered into food and beverage management
and being an effective communicator he can lead and motivate a team.
He
is also extremely aware of business and marketing needs of the industry
and has a high level of profit orientation.
